Expiration of warranty for hardware defects:
If your device is in the warranty period and you have purchased the device from us, we will send you after error detection immediately and free of charge spare parts. For the defective part, our warranty shipments always include return postage, so that no shipping costs are incurred under the warranty. This service is only possible for delivery addresses in Germany. As a rule, you have the spare part already 1-2 days after your warranty claim. If you have purchased the device from one of our numerous retailers, please contact them directly. As a rule, you will also receive immediate and uncomplicated replacement for your defective parts.
